The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced Thursday that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 44,056 martyrs.
Israeli occupation forces committed four massacres against families in the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours, leaving at least 44 Palestinians dead and 81 others injured, Wafa news agency quoted medical sources as saying on Saturday.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a statement today, Tuesday, that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.
Lebanese Information Minister Ziad Makary hailed Egypt's pivotal political and humanitarian role to salvage Lebanon, saying that "Lebanon relies heavily on Egypt in stopping the aggression against Lebanon and its people."
BRICS leaders welcomed the ongoing efforts of Egypt, Qatar and other regional and international efforts aimed at reaching an immediate ceasefire, accelerating the supply of humanitarian aid and the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip.

In a joint statement released on Thursday, both Ministers -in a phone call tacking the Israeli aggression on Gaza and Lebanon- affirmed that the Israeli escalating and non-justifying moves against the West Bank push the region towards an all-out regional war.
The number of victims of the Israeli aggression on Gaza has risen to 41,586 martyrs and 96,210 wounded.
Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration Dr Badr Abdelatty Monday asserted that the Egyptian state will continue its efforts to achieve a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and rally international support for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
Lebanon's caretaker foreign minister Abdallah Bou Habib affirmed Saturday that the Israeli cyber aggression against Lebanon targeted the entire population.
Minister Abdel Aati further reviewed the Egyptian efforts to reach a ceasefire, and full and unconditional access to humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
Al Azhar warned against the repercussions of this escalation on the stability and safety of the region, calling upon the international community to immediately interfere to end this escalation, which aims at expanding the ongoing conflicts in the region. It also demanded to stop the ongoing terrorist and killing acts and prevent the prolonged Israeli attack on Gaza.
In a press conference with his Lebanese Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib in Beirut on Friday, Abdelatty further explained that the goal is to implement the two-state solution, calling for the availability of serious political will for the two-state solution.
The Egyptian Minister, who is visiting Beirut where he met with Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and Lebanese Prime Minister Nabil Mikati, added that the main reason for the conflict in the Middle East is the absence of a solution to the Palestinian cause.
The Ministry of Health said: "We are working to establish field hospitals despite the inability to provide the minimum basic services."
