12 killed, 41 injured in 2 massacres commited by Israel in Gaza Strip

CAIRO - 1 January 2025: The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced Wednesday that the Israeli occupation committed two massacres in the Strip within 48 hours, resulting in 12 martyrs and 41 wounded who were transported to hospitals.

 

The ministry also reported that 27 more Palestinians were killed in Israeli raids on several areas in the Gaza Strip since dawn on Wednesday.

 

The Ministry of Health in Gaza revealed that the death toll of Palestinians rose to 45,553 martyrs, in addition to 108,379 injuries occured since October 7, 2023.

 

Rainwater also flooded more than 1,500 tents housing displaced people in the Gaza Strip due to a low pressure system that led to a significant drop in temperatures, and frost waves that hit different areas of the Strip during the past two days.

 

Civil Defense announced that it had monitored hundreds of tents where the rainwater level had reached more than 30 centimeters, which caused many of the displaced to suffer from tremors in addition to damaging their belongings and bedding.
