Death toll in Gaza rises to 44,502 since beginning of Israeli aggression on strip

CAIRO - 3 December 2024: The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced Tuesday that the number of victims in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the Israeli aggression in October 7, 2023, has risen to 44,502 Palestinians, and 105,454 others who were injured.

 

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said that the Israeli occupation committed two massacres in the Strip within the past 24 hours, resulting in 36 death, and 96 injured people who were transported to hospitals.
