Said Abdo, head of the Egyptian Publishers Union, said that there are several factors that have led to the postponement of the Cairo International Book Fair to June 30, 2021.
The Egyptian Publishers Union, headed by Said Abdo, will launch the first children’s book fair in the garden of the Egyptian Public Library during the period from November 25 to December 6, 2020.
In statements he made to a television program, Abdo stated that publishers are eager to participate in book fairs in order to revive the sales movement.
