Eid Adha
Eid Al-Adha is the most significant feast for Muslims worldwide, as it marks the end of the Hajj (pilgrimage) to the holy city of Mecca.
The governorate has a plan to distribute a total of 150,000 plastic bags for the garden goers during the four-day celebrations of Eid al Adha.
The president prayed to Allah to make this Eid a blessed and happy occasion.
Major mosques of Al-Azhar, Amr bin Aas, Mustafa Mahmoud in Cairo and Giza were full of worshippers with their families who started celebrating these days with prayer performance.
“I send my best wishes to the Egyptian people and the Islamic nation on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha, whose rituals are found in values of Islam’s message of tolerance, brotherhood, and affection," she said.
