The first comprehensive educational center in Egypt dedicated to children with special educational needs and disabilities will be established soon.
A person or child with a disability is considered at risk, according to Article 46 of the law, which punishes any case of threatening respect for personal dignity and autonomy of persons with special needs, or discriminating against them on the basis of disability.
