Talaat Harb Cultural Centre: the first for people with special needs

CAIRO – 6 May 2017: Minister of Culture Helmy el-Namnam agreed to allocate Talaat Harb Cultural Centre in Sayeda Zeinab, Cairo – the first of its kind– to people with special needs.

Dr. Ahmed Awaad, the president of the Cultural Development Fund, proposed the idea following suggestions of improvement to make it more accessible to people with special needs.

He also formed a development committee to work on it as soon as possible, pointing out that specialists in the field will be consulted to provide workshops and cultural programs to all the visitors.
