Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi announced on Wednesday receiving a number of proposals made by the National Dialogue, saying that he referred them to relevant authorities for review.
The National Dialogue said it would start to receive proposals of the Egyptian expats online on the website of the National Youth Conference.
The funds will be used to bankroll proposals that explore novel ideas and develop new business models for living and working in space.
