Fatah, Hamas leaders meet in Lebanon over Ain Al Hilweh clashes

Leaders of the Palestinian Fatah and Hamas movements held a meeting in Lebanon on Tuesday to discuss the situation in Lebanon’s refugee camp Ain Al Hilweh.
