Cinema El Hanager
The Women's Cinema Club was established by the National Cinema Center, in cooperation with the Cultural Development Fund Sector.
The film revolves around the life story of the famous Olympic runner dubbed the "Flying Sikh".
The salon is managed by the pioneering director Ahmed Fouad Darwish.
The film reviews the artistic features of the late musician Mohamed Fawzy.
The screening of the films will be followed by a symposium.
On June 27 at 8 p.m., Cinema El-Hanager at the Egyptian Opera House will screen a number of documentaries and short films.
On May 30 at 6 p.m. a number of documentaries and animations will be screened in Cinema El-Hanager.
The screenings will resume until August 11. During the holy month of Ramadan, screenings will be held at 8 p.m.
Cinema El-Hanager is hosting the "Colombian Films" week, in cooperation with the Colombian Embassy in Cairo, starting from March 21 to 26, with the implementation of all precautionary measures to battle COVID-19.
On March 4 at 7 p.m. the “Cinema Salon” will discuss the role of Tharwat Okasha in the Egyptian film industry.
Cinema El Hanager of Cultural Development Fund, chaired by Ahmed Awad, will screen the movie Heya Shaka “It is Just a Prick” on Friday, September 8 at 8 p.m.
Cinema El Hanager is to launch its African Cinema Club program, starting on August 5.
