Jeddah Agreement
According to a statement on the Sudanese Sovereignty Council's official Facebook page, the decision follows contact with the U.S. government, specifically U.S. envoy to Sudan Tom Perriello, and a request from the Egyptian government to meet with a government delegation in Cairo. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the implementation of the Jeddah Agreement.
