Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al Sisi spoke on Tuesday with Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Al Ghazouani to congratulate him on his re-election as President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
Mauritanian President Mohamed Weld Al Ghazwany expressed on Monday his appreciation to Egypt and the Arab League for organizing the permanent representatives meeting.
In its new and exceptional version, the International Conference on Ethical Values in Prophet Mohammad’s Biography kicked off in the Mauritanian capital Nouakchott. Senior scholars and Muftis from more than fifty countries attended the conference.
