Egypt holds 1st Meeting of Steering Committee for Preparation of SDGs Financing Strategy

Minister Al-Mashat said that the joint program between the Government of Egypt and the UN aims to identify the financing gap of the SDGs, assess the current situation of the financing directed to the global goals, as well as encourage private sector engagement and International Financial Institutions (IFIs) to access mechanisms of innovative finance to progress towards the SDGs.

6th meeting of steering committee of Egypt-Japan Education Partnership “EJEP” takes place

The meeting was attended by Tarek Shawki, the Minister of Education and Technical Education who also moderated the discussions, Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Nevine El-Kabbag, Minister of Social Solidarity and the Secretary General of the Committee Hany Helal the former Minister of Higher Education.
