Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi affirmed on Saturday that Egypt is working with each of Greece and Italy to implement electrical interconnection projects with the two European countries.
The Egyptian government is working on a set of measures in order to alleviate the repercussions of the economic crisis, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said on Saturday.
The President added that Egypt suffers from the economic crisis, saying “we are not the cause of it.” He attributed the reasons of the crisis to the coronavirus pandemic and the ongoing Ukraine and Russian war.
President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi inspected Wednesday projects implemented within Decent Life initiative at Al Abaadeya village located in Beheira governorate.
“The reforms implemented by the state have helped the economy to be resilient despite the great impacts of the global economic crisis,” he said.
