Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry affirmed Egypt’s support to the settlement of the Syrian crisis, in a meeting on Wednesday with United Nations special envoy for Syria Geir Pedersen, on the sidelines of the Arab League Council's 153rd session.
