Head of Egypt’s Supreme Council of Culture Hisham Azmy said that the state’s “Young Innovator Award" is a historic step, as it is the first time that an award at this level has been allocated regionally.
In light of the suspension of major cultural activities to battle the spread of COVID-19 in accordance with the decisions of the Council of Ministers, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Culture Hisham Azmy said that since March 2020, the council has not stopped broadcasting its cultural activities online.
