Egypt's General Prosecution said it assigned a forensic doctor to examine the body of the detained member of the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood group Essam El Erian, who passed away on Thursday, and found no signs of abuse, which suggests that he died from natural causes.
The Turkish authorities claimed that Zaki Mubarak, the victim, was a spy to the United Arab Emirates.
