In line with Egypt's national strategy to enhance investment opportunities for Egyptian expatriates, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities has launched the first phase of premium residential units across 13 projects in various cities.
The initiative is within a project on developing the capitals of governorates and large cities.
The official warned individuals and entities against encroaching on lands allocated to the "New Waraq City" project.
