Egypt has launched an international call at the United Nations Human Rights Council aiming to put an end to Female genital mutilation (FGM).
Representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Germaine Haddad said that ‘all efforts of national partners prove that Egypt does not accept violence against women.’
UNFPA representative in Egypt Alexander Buderoza stressed in his previous statements that Egypt's biggest problem is the growing population.
