Tharwat Okasha
Tharwat Okasha is considered a pioneer and the founder of cultural work in Egypt as the country’s first Minister of Culture.
The activities of the 52nd Cairo International Book Fair will launch on June 30, and will run until July 15, at Egypt International Exhibitions Center in the Fifth Settlement.
