President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree on Thursday approving a 40-million Kuwaiti dinar loan agreement between the Egyptian government and the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD).
As per the new deal, the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development will inject $284 million for the second phase after it had financed the first stage with $230 million.
