Widodo received Shoukry on Friday, who is visiting Indonesia as his third stop in his Asian tour which started last week, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi sent a cable to his Indonesian counterpart, Joko Widodo, to extend condolences at the death of Widodo’s mother, 77, who passed away in Surakarta, Central Java, the Egyptian Presidency said.
