Slovenian PM Miro Cerar has cancelled a visit to Croatia planned for Sept. 27 amid a dispute over a border arbitration ruling, Cerar's cabinet said on Friday.
S. Korean President Moon Jae-in called on Thursday for the N. Korean nuclear crisis to be handled in a stable manner, so that peace was not destroyed.
