Kuwaiti Emir representative heads to Iran to attend Rouhani presidential ceremony

Kuwaiti Emir Representative Yousef Hamad al Ibrahim left Saturday to Iran to attend a ceremony the inauguration of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani for a new term in duty.
