Ali scored a goal during Egypt’s 3-1 victory over Guinea on Sunday night at the last preparation game for 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
The player will not be fit for both games against Swaziland on October 12 and 16 at the 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.
