President Sisi congratulates Mauritanian president on re-election

Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al Sisi spoke on Tuesday with Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Al Ghazouani to congratulate him on his re-election as President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
