Neighboring States Summit
The Sudan’s Neighboring States Summit chaired by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on Thursday in Cairo, put forward eight demands for the conflicting parties in Sudan to avoid risks of destabilization in the region.
The Egyptian President noted that the ongoing conflict led to several impediments for the agricultural season, causing acute food shortages.
The eight-party summit seeks to find peaceful solutions to the Sudanese crisis that has broken out on April 15, 2023, between the Sudanese Army and the paramilitary Sudanese Rapid Forces (SRF).
