COVID lockdown led to low addiction rates in Egypt, higher turnout for synthetic drugs: Official

The Director General of Therapeutic Programs at the Fund for Combating and Treating Addiction and Abuse added, in a TV show, that the rate of drug abuse in Egypt decreased to 5.9 percent, after it reached 10 percent in 2015.
