Al Ahly seek victory against Enppi in the return of the Egyptian League

CAIRO, 09 August 2020: The first football team of Al-Ahly club returns on Sunday, to appear in the Egyptian Premier league after an absence of 5 months, when they meet Enppi at 08:00 PM at Cairo Stadium in the postponed confrontation from the 15th week of the Egyptian Premier League.

The last confrontation Al-Ahly played in the Egyptian league was against Smouha 5 months ago, specifically on March 11, which ended with a positive 1/1 draw between the two teams, before the league championship stopped, as well as all competitions in Egypt and all over the world to limit the spread of the Coronavirus.

Al-Ahly is seeking to return to the victories lane after resuming in order to consolidate their lead in the league table and crown the title this season, for the 42nd time in its history.

Al-Ahly prepared for the return of the competition by holding two friendly matches, the first against Smouha & El Gouna which ended by two victories.

On the other hand, Zamalek hosted El Masry on Thursday night at Borg Al Arab Stadium, which was be the first match to kick off in Egyptian football since COVID-19 pandemic.
