Al Ahly heads to Zimbabwe to face Platinum stars

Al-Ahly coach Rene Weiler included 21 players for his squad, which will travel shortly to Zimbabwe to face Platinum in the fourth round of the Champions League groups.

Al-Ahly will play against Platinum next Saturday in the fourth round of the group stage of the Champions League.

Al-Ahly announced that Hussein Al-Shahat was included in the list before announcing the removal of his name because of his continued injury.

Shahat missed the last two games in the Egyptian League against Misr Al Makkassa and FC Masr.

Al-Ahly's list came as follows:

Goalkeeper: Sherif Ekramy - Mohamed El Shennawi - Ali Lotfy.

Defenders: Ahmed Fathi - Muhammad Hani - Rami Rabia - Ayman Ashraf - Yasser Ibrahim - Mahmoud Metwally - Ali Maaloul.

Midfielders: Alieu Diang - Amr Al-Sulaya - Muhammad Magdi "Afsha" - Walid Suleiman - Ahmed Al-Sheikh - Giraldo da Costa - Junior Ajay.

Attackers: Marwan Mohsen - Walid Azaru - Mahmoud Abdel Moneim "Kahraba".
