Al Ahly renews El Garhy contract

CAIRO - 21 August 2017: Al Ahly signed a four-year contract on Monday with Al Ahly basketball player Mody El Garhy. The player was so happy to continue his journey with the team.

“I am so happy, I hope to stay with Al Ahly till the end of my career,” El Garhy told Al Ahly’s official website after renewing his contract with the club.

El Garhy added, “I am so happy with the coaching staff’s trust; it is a big responsibility, especially with the challenges to come in the next season.”

Marwan Hesham, Al Ahly board member, spoke to Al Ahly’s official website, saying, “Mody is one of the best players on the team; we can’t lose him, because he adds a great value to the team.”

Hesham added, “It was an easy process to renew El Garhy’s contract; we are trying to keep our important players to help the team in the upcoming competitions.”

El Garhy sent a message to Al Ahly fans, saying, “We need your support to be able to win the important competitions and make you happy.”
