CAIRO - 4 January 2019: Lebanese singer Elissa will perform in Egypt on January 18. The yield of the concert will be fully dedicated to Egyptian breast cancer patients. Elissa previously expressed her happiness for being chosen to be the ambassador of the breast cancer awareness campaign.

“I am proud to be the ambassador of the national campaign to combat breast cancer," said the star during the campaign.

Elissa revealed having breast cancer in her latest clip "Ela Kol Ely Beyheboony" (To All Those Who Love Me), in which she shed light on her struggle with the disease and her recovery.

Elissa is one of Lebanon's most famous singers and one of the best known artists in the Arab world. She was the best-selling female Middle Eastern artist for 2005 and 2009.

In 2005, 2006 and 2010, she received the World Music Award for Best Selling Middle Eastern Artist, and became the first Lebanese singer to receive the World Music Award for Best Selling Middle Eastern Artist.

The Lebanese star has sold over 30 million albums worldwide.
Elissa is also one of the richest celebrities in Lebanon, with an estimated wealth of over $40 million. As of 2017, Elissa has had over 44 million followers on social media.
