Tugboat “Fahd” sank after the Hong Kong-flagged CHINAGAS LEGEND tanker collided with it at the 51 km point of the Suez Canal during its transit as part of the South convoy [ from the southern entrance of the canal to the north] on its journey from Singapore to the United States of America.
Its dimensions are 247-meter overall length, 48-meter beam, and a tonnage of 82,000 tons.
