The craft of making lanterns was known to Egyptians about 1,000 years ago.
This came on the sidelines of the exhibition "Russia in the Memory of the Egyptian Cartoon".
A number of artistic and cultural events will be held in a number of cultural organizations and centers on November 16, most notably the launch of the Sharm El Sheikh International Theater Festival for Youth.
