Libyan Tribal Leaders
Saleh Al-Fandi, Head of Libya's Supreme Tribal Council denounced the Government of National Accord for resorting to Turkey’s “colonialism” amid a state of division that has extended for years between the GNA and both the Libyan National Army and the Parliament.
The United States Department of State affirmed its firm stance on Libya rejecting all forms of foreign interference. It also told Saudi Al-Arabiya that Turkey has barged in to Libya and is currently preparing for an attack on Sirte.
