The Egyptian-Russian Nuclear Forum kicked off Tuesday to highlight the efforts exerted in establishing the nuclear reactors at Egypt’s first nuclear plant “Dabaa.”
The Nuclear Power Plants Authority announced November 19 will be the first annual anniversary of the Egyptian nuclear energy, marking the signing of contracts for the construction of El-Dabaa nuclear plant.
It equally inaugurated at the Russian Cultural Center a photo exhibition portraying different nuclear power industries such as nuclear fuel and floating reactors.
“Akademik Lomonosov” floating reactor will enter service by the end of this year.
