Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture
Egypt has been elected for the first time as deputy head of the Commission on Phytosanitary Measures, the governing body of the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC), for two years.
The House of Representatives will host meetings of the Pan-African Parliament's committee on agriculture, natural resources and food security, scheduled to kick off Tuesday and run till Saturday.
