Egypt calls on U.S., Russia to “reach solution” on Syria crisis

Egypt called on the United States and Russia “to reach a comprehensive solution to the Syrian crisis,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Friday, following a U.S. missile strike on a Syrian airbase.
