Saeed pointed out to myriad achievements which occurred and led to improvements in the economic situation in Egypt.
The new system should also create 1.25 million jobs through merging the informal sector, the minister noted.
Investments and net exports represented 76 percent of the growth rate, Saeed said.
This agreement ensures using the state infrastructure in all government payment and collection processes.
