Land Plots
Ninety percent of the Damietta Furniture City project is completed.
The IDA was scheduled to launch six million square meters of land plots to investors by the end of 2017.
The launch will take place after all infrastructure and facilities works in two cities conclude.
Housing Ministry to launch more land plots in 23 new cities
The bids usually include feasibility, financial and economic studies and brief on how the investor would access funds.
Around 4 million square meter will be in the 10th of Ramadan City, while 2 million will be in Sadat City.
