The company indicated that the period of validity of this agreement is one year, and it may be renewed for another period with the consent of both parties.
It purchased 11 percent of the Egyptian Natural Gas Company’s (GASCO ) share in Town Gas for LE 19.4 million.

The company reached revenues of LE 606.94 million by the end of March, compared to LE 397.33 million during the compared period of the previous year.
The area will span over 40,000 feddans and the execution is expected to begin in 2018 and end in three years.
Egypt Gas signed a contracting agreement with the Kuwaiti firm Al Rabiah Construction Company (ARABCO) for KWD 2.6 million (L.E 152.17 million or $8.1 million).
