The protocol was signed by Public Business Sector Minister Hesham Tawfiq, FECC President Ibrahim Al Araby, and FEI Chairman Mohamed el Sewedy.
Presidents of 100 major Saudi companies will attend the meeting which aims at devising a plan to promote trade and investment relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
The two sides mulled also establishing new investment partnerships in various sectors.
Wakil's remarks came on Wednesday during a Russian-African forum.
Ezz further underscored that a logistic hub will be established in each governorate, adding that other centers will be constructed on the borders with Libya and Sudan.
Egypt is undergoing an economic revival thanks to the state-adopted economic reform program that aims at pushing up growth rates and luring more investments, Wakil said.
FECC is working on a study on setting up a linking road between Egypt with Chad.
