Palestine welcomes ICC decision against Netanyahu, Gallant

The Palestinian Authority welcomed on Thursday the International Criminal Court's decision to issue arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamine Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
