Deceased Pilgrims
Speaking to MENA, Hussein stated that preparations have been intensified at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Medina to receive the pilgrims and facilitate their return to their homeland.
The PM said that these companies resorted to unofficial means to facilitate the pilgrims’ travel without providing them with logistical services or adhering to the regulatory frameworks.
The field teams are tasked to gather information on pilgrims in these hospitals, whether those receiving treatment or deceased, and cross-referencing it with the data provided by the families of those reported missing.
