Egypt to regulate street lighting, air conditioners use and malls to close at 11 PM as part of rationalization plan

The government will start a strict plan to rationalize energy consumption at streets and public buildings next week, Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli said on Tuesday.
