Public Employees
Public employees in Egypt who have been working from home on Sundays in August as part of a government plan to reduce electricity consumption will work their shifts in the office starting September.
Public employees will have their Eid Al-Fitr and Sinai liberation paid holidays from Thursday 20 April to Tuesday 25 April, Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly announced on Monday.
The House of Representatives approved in principle Monday draft amendments to the non-disciplinary termination of public employees law no. 10/1973.
