Cairo Runners at Beirut on 10 November

CAIRO - 31 August 2017: Cairo Runners will Participate in Beirut Marthon, which will be held from 10 to 14 November. according to official website of Beirut Marthon Association.

Beirut Marathon is a challenging race. It is internationally measured and certified by the international Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) and has earned the silver label. The marathon will launch in Beirut from 10-14 November, with the participation of many countries, among them Egypt, according to the official website of the IAAF.

Beirut Marathon starts on November 10, but the race itself starts on November 12, for the marathon runners to return back on November 14, according to the official Facebook page of Beirut Marathon.

Regarding accommodation, it will be in Beirut’s Bella Riva Hotel, while the marathon ticket will be for $420 equivalent at the time of payment, according to the Central Bank of Egypt’s (CBE) official rate. Airline time, however, has not yet been announced.

Cairo Runners will host the responsibility of participating Egyptian runners to Beirut Marathon as it creates its own online event through their official Facebook page and official website.

Founded by Ibrahim Safwat, Cairo Runners is the first street running initiative in Cairo.
