2- Water is though: water has all the
it needs to be your best friend, from making you feel full and active to smoothing your skin and cleansing your body, water is one of the best natural moisturizers that your body needs big amounts of every day so make sure to keep your water bottle near you at all times.

3- Speaking of moisturizers: you cannot rely on water alone you should also use other
as well such as cucumbers, watermelons and apples, they are three of the best natural snacks to keep you hydrated and fresh. There is no reason to refuse an apple. Unless you are snow white, in that case, do not eat the apple, I repeat do not eat the apple.

4- Not just snacks, also drinks: if you feel dehydrated and you need something stronger than water go for a healthy drink
