You know when you’re walking and you see someone and think “Wow they look pretty healthy”? Well good news, this isn't very hard to achieve. Being healthy isn't supposed to be for a short while or merely the aesthetic, but rather your lifestyle. However, if you’re always on the go and you find it hard to follow healthy habits, simple routine and habit changes will make a difference and help you live a happier, healthier life so here are some of them.
 
1. Eat Whole Foods
Eating whole foods like leafy greens, whole grains, and protein will make a huge difference in your overall health. It will help limit sugar cravings, boost your energy levels, and give your body all the nutrients and vitamins it needs. 
 
2. Walk at Least Half an Hour a Day
Try dedicating at least half an hour a day to walking, whether it's a brisk walk or a stroll, this will benefit you greatly. It will reduce stress levels, improve cardiovascular health, aid in losing extra pounds and help build stamina.
 
3. Limit Screen Time
We know you get hooked on funny memes and endless reels, but excessive screen time can lead to poor sleep quality, drain your energy levels, and even lead to more stress throughout your day. Make time for offline activities or consider incorporating meditation into your routine.
 
4. Practice Gratitude
While this habit is more on the mental aspect, but it will also reflect on your overall health, so take a couple of moments each day to reflect on the things you are thankful for, even the simplest things in life that bring you joy. 
 
5. Prioritize Sleep
Binge-watching your favorite show is great, but waking up feeling moody isn't worth it. Quality sleep is essential and will help you feel energized and ready to start your day. Hence, it is important to regulate your sleeping schedule as much as possible.
 
6. Limit Junk Food
It’s normal to crave junk food every once in a while, but consuming too much of it can be very harmful to your health because it’s high in unhealthy fats and sugars. Try to practice moderation and find healthier alternatives to your favorite junk food.
