2. Chocolate date nut bars
This no-bake vegan recipe is super easy, and yummy too! All you'll need is dates, dark chocolate and nuts. Mix the dates and your choice of nuts in a food processor, press the mix into a pan, and then cover it with melted chocolate. Put in the refrigerator till it cools down, cut them into bars and bon appetit!

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this scrumptious date loaf. Add the soaked dates, brown sugar, beaten eggs, mixed spices like cinnamon, flour and baking powder in a bowl. Spread the mixture in a loaf tin and bake till it is golden.
